The purpose of the Contact Us page is to present all the available means of communicating with the company so that visitors to the website are able to follow up an interest.

Usually, the page will include:

- postal address
- telephone number
- fax number
- email address
- website address

A visitor then has the choice of the most convenient means to make contact.  

The use of email is the most popular because it is easy to use, rapid and low cost. Usually a separate 'email form', which on selection would appear in a separate window, would be provided. It is custom built to allow easy completion by the visitor and contains all the information required by the company to respond to an enquiry.
